Start with the seating plan.
Compare Duo and Team for smaller discussions, and Meet and Max for larger meetings. Consider the table, chairs in use, door opening and screen together. The actual layout matters, as well as the stated capacity.
Make hybrid meetings practical.
The screen should be clearly visible from every seat. Plan the camera, power supply and other equipment together. Record these requirements in your configuration so the pod and furniture work together.
Plan for sensitive conversations.
An enclosed space alone is not enough for interviews or sensitive conversations. Review the acoustic evidence for your chosen model and the surrounding office conditions. Consider sightlines, seating positions and entry and exit. An acoustic pod cannot guarantee confidentiality in every setting.
Check the installation site first.
Consider circulation routes, floor conditions, assembly space and the building’s fire-safety plan. For optional sprinkler and fire-alarm equipment, the supply scope, suitability and site connection must be agreed separately.
